What comes in depends on the platform, but the shape of the exchange is the same on both:
- In. Runs with pace and distance, heart rate, heart-rate variability and sleep — whichever types you grant.
- Out, on Android. Tomorrow’s session is written back into Health Connect as a planned exercise, with a target pace band and heart-rate zone per block.

Yes. You log sessions manually and the plan adapts weekly. Connect a health store and it adapts on the data itself — most people connect a watch within two weeks.
We read from both when you grant permission. They serve as a backup for sleep and heart-rate data when your primary device isn’t syncing, and as the main source if you run with an Apple Watch or a Samsung watch.
All of it. Every activity in the health store comes across, month after month. Your history is your history.
We update the integration. Watch brands change APIs often enough that we monitor them; we typically push a fix within 48 hours of a breaking change.
On the roadmap. Prioritised by user requests — tell support which brand you use and it moves up.
