Our commitment
TrainPlan is designed to be usable by as wide a range of people as possible, including runners using assistive technology. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance across the website and the mobile app, as required by the EU Accessibility Act (EAA, in force since June 2025).
Compliance status

Mobile app
The TrainPlan mobile app supports VoiceOver on iOS and TalkBack on Android. Guided sessions include haptic cues so runners with visual impairments can follow pace and rest timers without looking at the screen.
Reporting a problem
If something is harder to use than it should be, please email accessibility@trainplan.app with a description, the URL or screen you were on, and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to acknowledge within two working days and respond with a fix or a plan within ten.
Enforcement

Review cycle
