Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and [COMPANY NAME] («we», «us»). They cover your use of the TrainPlan app and this website. By creating an account or starting a subscription you agree to them.
Your account
Subscriptions run through Apple and Google, so you need an Apple ID or Google account. You’re responsible for keeping those credentials secure. One account per person; don’t share it.
What we give you
Access to TrainPlan Pro for the billing term you’ve paid for, including all features available in your region. Plans are generated in the cloud; adaptation runs continuously based on the training data you (or your connected devices) provide.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer the app, scrape it, use it to compete with us, or sell derived data. Don’t upload other people’s training data without their permission. Beyond that, use it however it helps you train.
Payment and cancellation
Subscriptions are handled by Apple and Google through their standard in-app purchase flows. See subscription terms for the full mechanics — renewal, cancellation, and refunds.
Our responsibility to you
We try hard to get your plan right and to keep the service running, but training plans are advisory, not medical advice. If you have any condition that affects whether you should exercise, talk to a doctor before using TrainPlan. Intellectual property
We own the app, the site, the plan logic, and the content we produce. You own your training data. Your use of the app doesn’t transfer any of our IP to you beyond a limited licence to use the app as intended.

We may change these terms. Material changes get an in-app notice. If you don’t agree to the new terms you can cancel at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend accounts that violate the acceptable-use section.
